contract: regular ongoing shift cover

location: Bromsgrove, Birmingham, Walsall 

pay rate: £11 per hour 

Shift times: various shift patterns

• Responsibilities

-offer care and support to elderly service users. Ensure safety, follow policies and procedures of the company, work within residential care staff team to ensure clients have outstanding support, work in a person-centred approach, follow care plan, caring nature, strong communication skills, flexible.

• Requirements   

– 6 months minimum experience as a care worker, must have manual handling training or willing to work towards it, excellent work ethics, full UK driving license (desirable)
